Physical Wan Chai Branch Re-named as 'PERFIT'; New Receiver Rehires ~200 Former Staff

Chain fitness and beauty group, Physical, announced in September that it temporarily shut down all of its operations, and its Wan Chai branch was renamed as “Healthy” earlier for continuous operation. However, it was rumored that “Healthy” had changed its name to “PERFIT” again yesterday (3rd). “PER FIT LIMITED” was established recently, and the directors of the company are Danny Yip and Kennis Fu, according to rumors spreading on online social media. Upon investigation, they are the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FAMEGLOW (08603.HK), which owns the beauty brand “perFACE”. Interviews are being arranged for approx. 700 employees affected by the closure of Physical, and that approx. 200 former employees have been hired to stay on at this stage, perFACE issued a press release saying.
