BABA-W Shortlisted to Fortune's 'Change the World' Rankings, Ranked 8th

Fortune announced its 2024 "Change the World" rankings. BABA-W (09988.HK)(BABA.US) was ranked eighth on the list given its effective use of AI technology, and was the only Chinese company in the top ten. This was the tenth year that Fortune published the list, and Alibaba was on it for the sixth time, making it the Chinese company that appeared on the list for the most times. The Fortune list showed that Alibaba harnessed its leading edge in AI technology to collaborate with more than ten medical institutions around the world to launch the PANDA AI model, which allows humans to conduct large-scale early-stage pancreatic cancer screenings in a beneficial and efficient manner for the first time through the "flat-panel CT + AI" technology.
