MINISO announced after the Hong Kong stock market closed yesterday (23rd) that it had acquired a 29.4% stake in YONGHUI SUPERSTORES (601933.HK) from Dairy Farm and JD-SW (09618.HK)(JD.US), involving approximately 2.668 billion shares, for a cash consideration of RMB6.27 billion (approximately HKD6.916 billion), equivalent to a price of RMB2.35 per share.
