Most of the cloud products affected by the fire in Alibaba Cloud's Singapore server room have resumed services, although some server room operations still have to wait for the physical conditions to be restored due to the power outage, according to Chinese media.

The Singapore fire station is still dealing with the risk on site last night (11th), sources divulged. Alibaba Cloud's operation and maintenance engineers are waiting to enter the server room. If the on-site assessment concludes that in-situ recovery is not possible, a recovery plan for server equipment relocation will be implemented.
