China's game market revenue in July 2024 amounted to RMB27.8 billion, representing a MoM rise of 4.26% and a YoY drop of 2.83%, according to the data released by the Game Publishing Committee of China Audio-Video and Digital Publishing Association. Among which, the actual sales revenue of the mainland mobile game market amounted to RMB21.164 billion, representing a MoM hike of 6.87% and a YoY fall of 4.28%; the actual sales revenue of the mainland client game market amounted to RMB5.694 billion, representing a MoM growth of 1.27% and a YoY decrease of 0.03%; and the actual sales revenue of the overseas market of the self-developed games of the mainland amounted to US$1.586 billion, which is basically unchanged from that of the previous month with a slight dip of 0.03%; on a YoY basis, it gained 5.3%.
