NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK) and FE CONSORT INTL (00035.HK) have sold 266 units of their joint development project, "The Pavilia Forest" series in Kai Tak, accounting for nearly 74% of the units available for sale, cashing in more than $1.8 billion. Among them, the house king Unit C, 12/F, Block 1, with a saleable area of 579 sq.ft., is a three-bedroom unit with an en-suite bathroom.
