There were two news on TENCENT (00700.HK)'s game operation on Android system yesterday (19th), Citi Research issued a research report saying. First, according to Chinese media, TENCENT's new game, DNF mobile game announced that it will no longer be launched on some Android platforms, and that gamers will have to re-download it on its official website starting from today. Second, Huawei is reported to be reaching an agreement with TENCENT to allow WeChat to fully operate on its Harmony system without having to share any revenue with Huawei. Citi Research believed that if the two news are true, it will have a positive impact on TENCENT's gross profit margin of value-added business.
