Guangzhou Panyu Agile Real Estate announced yesterday (19 June) that the credit ratings of the "23 Panyu Agile 01" and "23 Panyu Agile 02" bonds it issued, the corporate credit ratings of the company itself, and the corporate credit ratings of the bond's guarantor Agile Group Holdings Limited, have all been terminated. According to the announcement, due to commercial reasons and in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements and China Chengxin International's internal system, China Chengxin International has decided to terminate the aforementioned credit ratings and will no longer update them.
