Citi Research released a research report keeping rating at Buy on MELCO INT'L DEV (00200.HK), and adding its target price to $8.4 from $8.2. MELCO INT'L DEV's share price is currently trading at a discount of about 56% to its net asset value per share, which compares to the historical average discount of about 51%, Citi Research said. The current price also reflects a discount of about 64% to its stake in Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (MLCO.US). MELCO INT'L DEV has a leading market position in Macau's premium mass business, and Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited also demonstrated aggressive cost cutting, Citi Research added. Citi Research expected the Group's EBITDA margins to continue to improve, and believed that its valuation will be cheap, with the share price trading at a significant discount to the net asset value per share.
