The tender for the development of the Urban Renewal Authority (URA)'s Queen’s Road West / In Ku Lane Development Project in Sai Ying Pun, was awarded to CK ASSET (01113.HK) at a premium of $1.161 billion last month. The premium of $1.161 billion was 22.2% higher than the second highest tender amount of $950 million, according to the tender amounts offered by the unsuccessful but conforming tenderers, as published on an anonymous basis by the URA today (8th).
