PONY-W (02026.HK) (PONY.US), currently undergoing an IPO in Hong Kong, plans to list at HKD139 per share, representing an about 4.3% discount compared to last Friday's (31st) closing price of USD18.68 (approximately HKD145.19) on Nasdaq, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. PONY-W is globally offering 41.9557 million shares, with about 10% for the Hong Kong public offering and about 90% for the international offering. The maximum offering price per share is HKD180. The entry fee for one board lot (100 shares) was HKD18,181.54. The IPO subscription will close at noon today (3rd), with the expected listing on Thursday (6th).
