Numerous users reported today (22nd) issues with JD-SW (09618.HK)'s food delivery system around noon, with some merchants unable to receive orders, Chinese media cited online rumor. JD's customer service attributed the issue to a system glitch, stating that they are urgently addressing it and gradually restoring services. Yesterday, JD had announced that, due to recent delays in some food delivery orders causing poor user experiences, all orders delayed by over 20 minutes will be free, effective immediately.
