The High Court of Hong Kong has ordered that the Petition against SHIMAO GROUP (00813.HK) be withdrawn by consent of the Company and the petitioner, CPYM Link Investment Limited, according to SHIMAO GROUP's announcement. A winding-up petition against SHIMAO GROUP dated 10 January 2025 was filed by CPYM Link Investment Limited at the High Court in connection with a guarantee provided by the Company for a cross border loan relating to CMB International Finance in the outstanding amount of approx.
