Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL) will increase the salaries of eligible cast members by 3.6-5% starting January 2025, and will pay eligible full-time staff a discretionary bonus equivalent to 1.8-2.4 months' salary based on performance, according to HKDL's announcement.
