Shein intends to go public in London, having arranged Barclays and UBS as bookrunners, Bloomberg, citing people with the knowledge of the matter, reported. The company's valuation may reach GBP50 billion, and it is expected to become one of the largest IPOs in London in recent years.

Previously, rumor had circulated that Shein was arranging the IPO with the assistance of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Shein is purportedly expected to list as early as the beginning of 2025. This week, Shein also met with potential investors in New York.
