Baidu AI Cloud, a subsidiary of BIDU-SW (09888.HK), released the Xiling Digital Human Platform 4.0. Based on foundation model capabilities, the newly upgraded Xilin Digital Human 4.0 can quickly generate 3D digital human images and videos with different makeup styles and industry characteristics with the input of text. The price of 3D ultra-realistic digital humans was radically reduced from more than RMB10,000 to RMB199, which was expected to be the lowest price in the industry. Separately, Baidu AI Cloud announced the upgrade of its intelligent customer service product "Ke Yue" based on the ERNIE foundation model. Currently, Ke Yue achieved remarkable improvements in user intent understanding and multimodal information exchange. The ability of intelligent customer service to handle complex problems improved, and the rate of autonomous problem solving hiked to 92%, which was above the industry average of 80%.
