HKTB to Partner with Travel Portals to Roll Out $10M+ Rewards for Ride-Hailing Service

To welcome the National Day Golden Week in October, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) announced that it has stepped up its promotions of Hong Kong in the Mainland market and will introduce different events and spending offers, including drone shows, a special edition of A Symphony of Lights themed around the 75th National Day, special discount in the Temple Street night market, free tram rides and many more.

The HKTB revealed that it will partner with Mainland travel portal Amap in launching a special promotion "Exploring Hong Kong in National Day Golden Week", which includes a handout of over $10 million credits to visitors for ride-hailing service in Hong Kong.

In addition, the HKTB will partner with Fliggy, BABA-W (09988.HK)'s travel platform, and major airlines to launch various promotions and package deals.
