NDRC: CN To Push Ahead of Price Reforms in Areas Such as Water, Energy and Transportation

The Comprehensive Department of Institutional Reform of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued an article pointing out that it will promote the construction of a national unified market to smooth the national economic cycle, Chinese media reported.

It will also regulate improper market competition and market intervention, implement the Regulations on Fair Competition Examination, reinforce anti-trust and anti-competitive practices, standardize local laws and regulations on investment promotion, and improve the rules and regulations of the bidding system.

China will strengthen unified market supervision, enhance the capacity and level of comprehensive market supervision, and optimize the national standard system.
