China is considering exempting certain US imports from the 125% counter-tariff, including medical equipment and chemical raw materials such as ethane, and leased aircraft are also expected to be exempted from this tariff, Bloomberg reported, citing sources.

Earlier this month, the US exempted some Chinese imports from the 145% tariffs.
