PRADA (01913.HK) opened 7.63% higher at $51.5 today (11th), with 833,100 shares traded, involving $41.0668 million. The Company announced overnight (10th) that it acquired all the shares of Versace's holding company, GIVI Holding S.r.l., from Capri Holdings (CPRI.UD) for a cash purchase price of US$1.375 billion (approx. $10.67 billion).
