Ant Digital Technologies stated that setting up its global overseas headquarters in Hong Kong benefits from the city’s policy inclusiveness, ecosystem-driven approach, and international positioning, which complement the company’s technological expertise and industry experience. It has already achieved large-scale technology deployment in the Greater Bay Area, including AI development tools to aid traditional enterprises in digital transformation and AI-driven risk control systems to enhance institutions’ digital security defenses. Zhao Wenbiao, CEO of Ant Digital Technologies, considered Hong Kong a “bridgehead” for the company’s global strategy.
