According to the report, relevant departments in Wuhan stated that they are conducting policy research and preparation work. They will implement measures in a timely manner based on market realities and continuously work to further stabilize the real estate market.

Meanwhile, Chongqing authorities said that they will continue to support entities in increasing the acquisition of existing commercial housing. They will also collaborate with relevant municipal departments to introduce new policies and carry out a series of promotional activities for the real estate market.

Nanjing also noted that it will make full use of favorable national real estate financial, fiscal, and tax policies, as well as urban village renovation policies, to continuously ramp up support for residents purchasing homes.
