XPENG-W Opens Flagship Store in HK, Plans to Build 1st Branded Charging Station in HK at Convention Plaza

XPENG-W (09868.HK) (XPEV.US) opened the “XPENG Hong Kong Hopewell Flagship Store” and its first technology brand image store in Hong Kong at Hopewell Centre in Wan Chai, marking the brand's further expansion of its map in the smart EV field. The store also displays XPENG-W's super-fast charging station, with a charging power of up to 360kW. Brian Gu, Vice Chairman and Co-President of XPENG-W, announced that XPENG-W's super-fast charging network will be expanded to Hong Kong, the location of its first stop outside of mainland China. The Company will join hands with the official Hong Kong market distributor, Sime Darby Berhad Group, and its subsidiary, Kineta, to build the first XPENG-W branded charging station in Hong Kong at Convention Plaza, with six 50kW CCS2 fast-charging parking spaces. In the future, the Company will work with Cornerstone, a one-stop EV charging brand, to expand its branded charging stations to Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, with the two charging stations on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon having a maximum single-pile power of up to 200kW.
