A Hong Kong judge adjourned the hearing of a winding-up petition for a subsidiary of EVERGRANDE (03333.HK) to 18 December, as EVERGRANDE's liquidators sought to take over key assets. A postponement would give more time to all parties. EVERGRANDE's liquidators filed a winding-up petition against its subsidiary, CEG Holdings, in September 2024. CEG Holding's shareholding in EVERG SERVICES (06666.HK) is close to 50%, while the market capitalization of EVERG SERVICES' Hong Kong stock is $8.5 billion now, according to Bloomberg's data.
