Shanghai Geely Zhai Ran Automobile Design Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of GEELY AUTO (00175.HK), won the bid for a land parcel N06-36 in Kangjian Street, Xuhui District, Shanghai, with a price of RMB449 million, which will be used for the Geely Auto headquarters building and R&D center, as reported by Guandian.cn. The total investment in the building and center will be no less than RMB800 million, with annual sales revenue of no less than RMB199 million and total tax revenue of no less than RMB299 million.
