A subsidiary of ANTA SPORTS (02020.HK)  +2.500 (+2.860%)    Short selling $481.31M; Ratio 35.909%   entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Topgolf in relation to the sale and purchase of equity interests in Callaway Germany Holdco GmbH, according to ANTA SPORTS' announcement.

Pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement, ANTA SPORTS will purchase 100% equity interests in the said company for a base price of US$290 million in cash, subject to net working capital and other customary adjustments.

Callaway Germany Holdco GmbH was incorporated in Idstein, Germany and operates the "Jack Wolfskin" business, one of the specialists in outdoor apparel, footwear and equipment.
