Alibaba Cloud, a subsidiary of BABA-W (09988.HK)  +3.300 (+3.131%)    Short selling $2.67B; Ratio 21.728%   , held its 2025 Spring Launch Event, announcing the offerings of more foundation models and upgraded infrastructure products for international customers.

Such model products are deployed at Alibaba Cloud’s Singapore data center, including the latest versions of its proprietary large language model (LLM) series Qwen.

Among them are the large-scale Mixture of Experts (MoE) model Qwen-Max, the reasoning model QwQ-Plus, the visual reasoning model QVQ-Max, and the end-to-end multimodal model Qwen2.5-Omni-7b, envisioned to persistently drive global AI innovation and development.

Yuan Qian, President of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence International, stated that the company is rolling out a new generation of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions globally, offering customers more secure, reliable and high-performance cloud services to support business expansion and innovation in the AI era.

She highlighted that cloud computing and AI are now key drivers of global economic growth, and Alibaba Cloud will continue to optimize its core offerings to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
