GEELY AUTO (00175.HK)  +0.540 (+3.151%)    Short selling $183.30M; Ratio 13.830%   released its “Qianli Haohan” safety and advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), and all new and revised Geely Galaxy models will be equipped with “Qianli Haohan” in the future, including the revised Galaxy E8 model launched at the event, CLSA released a research report saying.

As a result, the Company implemented RMB3,000 to RMB6,000 price cuts on existing Galaxy models to attract consumers, while the new E8 has a RMB15,000-RMB30,000 price cuts compared to previous editions in addition to the ADAS upgrade.

With the continuous launch of new and revamped models, CLSA believed that GEELY AUTO will further strengthen its competitiveness in the mass EV market by leveraging its price advantage and ADAS features. Therefore, the broker's target price for the Company is $23.
