BLACK SESAME (02533.HK)  +0.320 (+1.691%)    Short selling $133.70K; Ratio 0.138%   announced that the Company had noted the unusual movements in the price and trading volume of the shares of the Company traded on the Stock Exchange on last Friday (7th). With reference to certain recent press articles in relation to the usage of the Company’s products in vehicles of BYD COMPANY (01211.HK)  +8.200 (+2.100%)    Short selling $853.35M; Ratio 37.847%   , the Company clarified that the Group has long-term collaboration with China’s leading automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including but not limited to BYD, which is in the ordinary and usual course of business of the Group.

As of today, there is no material change in respect of such collaboration which needs to be disclosed under the Listing Rules. The Company will continue to comply with the disclosure requirements under the Listing Rules from time to time.
