HKEX (00388.HK)  +17.800 (+5.597%)    Short selling $324.14M; Ratio 5.421%   CEO Bonnie Chan said that she talked with different investors during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland last month, and the questions investors asked changed from “when” to reconfigure the China and Hong Kong markets two years ago, to “how much more” they should allocate to the markets last month, with their tone evidently turning from hesitant to positive.

HKEX Chairman Carlson Tong said that investors are interested in the stimulus measures announced by the mainland and are cautiously optimistic about the specific details and implementation. In addition, Hong Kong's robustness last year has reignited interests of many investors in Hong Kong.
