BIDU-SW (09888.HK)  -0.650 (-0.822%)    Short selling $35.50M; Ratio 33.017%   's share price underperformed the industry average, mainly due to concerns on its deteriorating core advertising outlook amid weak macros and BIDU-SW's reduced monetization, JPMorgan published a research report saying.

The broker expected BIDU-SW's financial metrics to deteriorate further in 4Q24, with core advertising revenue declining by 8% YoY, dragging down gross profit coupled with the impact of deleverage and Jidu Auto business.
