The controlling shareholder of COUNTRY GARDEN (02007.HK)  -0.085 (-14.912%)    Short selling $3.19M; Ratio 1.088%   intended to convert half of the existing shareholder loans with a total principal amount of US$1.1 billion into COUNTRY GARDEN's shares and half into 60% of COUNTRY GARDEN's stake in Forest City, according to The Paper.
