SHIMAO SERVICES (00873.HK)  -0.040 (-4.706%)   announced that SHIMAO GROUP (00813.HK)  -0.020 (-2.381%)    Short selling $56.68K; Ratio 2.014%   , its holding company, received a winding-up petition filed by CPYM Link Investment at Hong Kong's High Court in connection with a guarantee provided by SHIMAO GROUP for a cross border loan relating to CMB International Finance in the outstanding amount of RMB258 million.

SHIMAO SERVICES said that the winding-up petition will have no material impact on its financial performance.
