Ma Huateng, Chairman and CEO of TENCENT (00700.HK)  +9.400 (+2.466%)    Short selling $1.07B; Ratio 11.411%   , looked back at 2024 overall situation at the 2024 annual staff meeting emphasizing his confidence in the resilience of China's economy, and that TENCENT has bottomed out and rebounded over the past 2 years, believing that the Group's future will be bright given its talent, technology and market demand.

The overall interactive and entertainment business group was very strong in 2024, with both the domestic and overseas businesses making progress in terms of evergreen foundation and cyclicality, Ma added.
