Recently, there have been rumors that the core management of UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880.HK)  -2.000 (-3.303%)   reduced their stake in the company after the lock-up commitment.

The Company's core management, namely Zhou Jian, Xiong Youjun and Wang Lin, have never sold any of their directly held shares of the Company since its listing, Chinese media quoted the relevant person in charge of UBTECH ROBOTICS as responding.

The three of them will not sell shares of the Company within the next year, and the core management of the Company has always maintained confidence in the development of the Company, according to the lock-up commitment.

UBTECH ROBOTICS once tumbled 11.8% to a low of $40.8 today (13th), and last dipped 9.41% to $41.9, with 9.9349 million shares traded, involving $427 million.
