Disclosed in its statement, TENCENT (00700.HK)  -3.600 (-0.974%)    Short selling $1.80B; Ratio 14.084%   and its subsidiary, Image Frame Investment (HK) Limited, reduced their holdings of UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880.HK)  -3.700 (-8.000%)   by 9.2895 million shares and 9.7531 million shares respectively on January 3 and 7 at an average price of $59.3395 and $49.5522 per share.

The total amount involved was nearly $1.035 billion. The shareholding of TENCENT and its subsidiary in UBTECH ROBOTICS was reduced from 8.05% to 2.08%, which was lower than the level that required disclosure of share interests.
