WEIMOB INC (02013.HK)  -0.050 (-2.660%)    Short selling $2.13M; Ratio 0.188%   announced that its shareholder TENCENT (00700.HK)  -3.600 (-0.974%)    Short selling $1.80B; Ratio 14.084%   had recently sold certain company shares through its controlled entities Tencent Mobility and Huang River Investment. The company will continue to maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship with TENCENT and its role as a service provider for Weixin Mini Shops, Mini Programs and Tencent advertising.

WEIMOB INC's announcement also indicated that, according to publicly disclosed information, TENCENT completed the sale of a total of 184 million shares, accounting for 5.45% of the company's total share capital, on the open market on January 3 and 6. After the sale, TENCENT indirectly holds 99.1704 million shares of the company, representing 2.94% of the total share capital.
