VOBILE GROUP (03738.HK)  -0.130 (-3.023%)    Short selling $14.64M; Ratio 19.350%   issued an announcement at noon today (9th) saying that it had noted today’s unusual fluctuations in the price of its shares. After making reasonable inquiries, the board confirmed that it was not aware of any information that needed to be disclosed to avoid a false market in the company’s securities, or any inside information that needed to be disclosed.

The board also confirmed that the group’s business operation remained normal, and that there was no material adverse change to the business operation and financial position of the group.

Sustaining its downswing over the past two days, VOBILE GROUP opened 0.9% higher but once plunged as much as 32.9% in the morning, hitting a three-month low of $2.24. It last printed at $2.54 after midday, down 23.95%, on a volume surging to 156 million shares, involving $409 million.
