To advance the development of "bottleneck" technologies and import substitution products in China's electronic chemicals sector, the Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has released the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Development of Zhuhai's Electronic Chemicals Industry (2025-2027) (Draft for Comments)".

This action plan supports the introduction and cultivation of teams or small and medium-sized tech enterprises mastering new processes and technologies to facilitate the industry's move towards high-value-added fields. It also focuses on existing leading enterprises to actively position in high-end fields such as electron beam resists, deep ultraviolet (DUV) photoresists, and extreme ultraviolet (EUV) photoresists.
