The US Department of Defense (DOD) announced that enterprises such as TENCENT (00700.HK)  +5.000 (+1.333%)    Short selling $2.26B; Ratio 20.423%   , CATL (300750.SZ)  -5.330 (-2.080%)   , ChangXin Memory Technologies, QUECTEL WIRELESS(603236.SH)  +5.710 (+8.032%)   and AUTEL TECHNOLOGY(688208.SH)  -0.440 (-1.159%)   were added to the "Section 1260H list", a list of companies that collaborate with the Chinese military.

Its inclusion in the list is clearly a mistake, and emphasizing that TENCENT is not a defense industry enterprise or military supplier, and that it will work with the relevant US authorities to resolve the misunderstanding, TENCENT issued a statement saying.

CATL also responded that the matter was a mistake, clarifying that the company is not involved in any military-related activities.
