Syngenta Group (HK) Holdings announced that it has recently entered into a US$4.5 billion syndicated three-year and five-year sustainability-linked term loan facility with several banks. The syndicate is led by the Agricultural Bank of China Limited Hong Kong Branch, BOC HONG KONG (02388.HK)  +0.200 (+0.805%)    Short selling $38.66M; Ratio 13.880%   , China Construction Bank Corporation, Hong Kong Branch, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, DBS Bank Ltd., and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited.

This syndicate transaction was launched with an initial size of US$3 billion and oversubscribed around 2.6 times by over 40 banks.
