The State Grid Corporation of China (State Grid) held a press conference and signing ceremony for the Bright Power Model yesterday (19th) releasing the first 100 billion-grade AI foundation model in China's power industry, the Bright Power Model, which integrates hundreds of billions of data parameters, and will play the role of an intelligent expert in over 600 application scenarios such as power grid planning and operation, realizing synergistic power and arithmetic empowerment, and assisting in the construction of a new type of power system and a new type of energy system to better protect China's energy security.
