Xinhua News Agency learnt from the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) that, the trade-in policy of consumer goods has boosted the overall sales of related products by more than RMB1 trillion YTD.

As of 00:00 today, the trade-in of autos led to the sale of more than 5.2 million passenger cars, according to the data. Of which, over 2.51 million vehicles have been scrapped and renewed, while more than 2.72 million vehicles have been replaced.
