Ma Huateng, chairman and CEO of TENCENT (00700.HK)  -5.800 (-1.396%)    Short selling $939.74M; Ratio 14.026%   , wrote in the official media "People's Daily Online" that digital technology industries such as the Internet are new driving forces for China's development and bear paramount responsibilities in bolstering the economy. Next, he opined that the company should magnify investment in the direction of policy encouragement and deeply connect technological innovation, entrepreneurship and industrial upgrading.

Ma pointed out in the article that the Chinese central government launched a package of incremental policies, focusing on the pain points and impasse in the current economic operation, comprehensively responding to market calls, allowing the majority of enterprises to feel the strong determination to strive to achieve economic and social development goals, and also strengthening the resolve of everyone to take the lead and navigate through tidal waves.
