The meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee studied economic work for 2025 and propounded the implementation of a more proactive fiscal policy and a modestly loose monetary policy. Chinese ADRs advanced in the US. The NASDAQ Golden Dragon China Index soared 584 pts or 8.5% to 7,425. The index saw 7,569 during the session with upswing of 10.6% at one point.

Online brokerage stocks swelled, with UP Fintech (TIGR.US)      and Futu (FUTU.US)      leaping 26.3% and 17.8%. Among automakers, ZEEKR (ZK.US)      , Xpeng (XPEV.US)      and Nio (NIO.US)      spiked 13.4%, 13% and 12.4%, while Li Auto (LI.US)      rallied 8%.

Among the dotcoms, Bilibili (BILI.US)      shot up 21.6%. iQiyi (IQ.US)      , Vipshop (VIPS.US)      , JD.com (JD.US)      and NetEase (NTES.US)      mounted 10.6-11.8%. New Oriental (EDU.US)      and Trip.com (TCOM.US)      surged 9.6% and 8.7%. Baidu (BIDU.US)      , Weibo (WB.US)      and Alibaba (BABA.US)      jumped up 7.4-7.6%.
