Volkswagen and its Chinese partner agreed to sell their test sites in Turpan, Xinjiang and Anting, Shanghai to Shanghai Motor Vehicle Inspection Certification (SMVIC), a subsidiary of Shanghai Lingang Development Group, Reuters reported.
