U.S. President Joe Biden will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, highlighting the importance of maintaining open communication between the powers before he leaves office, foreign media reported.

The meeting is expected to be Biden's last as U.S. leader to meet with a Chinese leader and will be an opportunity to reflect on the stability of relations between the world's two largest economies, the report said, citing a senior Biden administration official.
