KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK)  +1.400 (+2.800%)    Short selling $459.39M; Ratio 23.759%   announced the roll-out of the "Fast Growth Plan". From last Tuesday (November 5) to December 20, the plan will invest 10 billion traffic and RMB1 million in creative funding to scout and support high-quality small and medium-sized creators in the long term, enrich the content ecosystem, and consolidate the competitive advantage of short videos.

The specific plan showed that any qualified creators in Hong Kong in the categories of trendy lifestyle, young movies and videos, knowledge encyclopedias, and culture, entertainment, and sports who publish valid works can join the candidate channel and have the opportunity to receive support from the platform's growing traffic and cash rewards.
