LINK REIT announced its interim results for the period ended September 2024 at noon. Total distributable amount grew 4.3% YoY to $3.476 billion. DPU increased by 3.7% YoY to $134.89 cents.

During the period, revenue and net property income increased by 6.4% and 5.8% YoY to $7.153 billion and $5.359 billion, respectively, mainly attributable to the full consolidation of Link Plaza Qibao after the acquisition of an additional 50% stake in the asset in February and improved performance across most of its operating markets.

The Hong Kong portfolio achieved YoY growth of 2.2% in total revenue and 2.4% in net property income.
