LENOVO GROUP (00992.HK)  -0.160 (-1.649%)    Short selling $54.92M; Ratio 11.840%   is rumored to have initiated a patent lawsuit against ZTE (00763.HK)  -0.200 (-0.941%)    Short selling $96.26M; Ratio 17.403%   in the UK High Court recently, and ZTE might sue Lenovo in Germany due to unsuccessful negotiations between the two parties, Chinese media reported.

ZTE said in its official response that the news about it potentially suing Lenovo in Germany is not true, and it emphasized its consistent respect for any enterprise's legitimate actions within the legal framework, but expressed deep regret over Lenovo's related actions.
